Abstract

Liquid dishwashing soap is one of the soaps that is needed in everyday life. Even though it is not a primary need, the continuous use of soap every day makes the need for liquid dishwashing soap one of the needs that costs a lot. Empowering the community, especially the PKK women's group, to produce dishwashing soap can be done because making dishwashing soap is relatively easy to learn and produce. The aim of this community service activity is to provide insight into home business opportunities for making dishwashing soap for PKK women in Bandar Tinggi Village in order to reduce expenditure on purchasing soap as well as to create new business opportunities. The methods used in the training are discussions, practices and demonstrations regarding raw materials, work procedures and calculations of production costs for making dishwashing soap.
