Pelatihan Dan Pendampingan Optimalisasi Visibilitas Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Melalui Tools Artificial Intelligence Dalam Pemasaran Kreatif

UMKM in Manado City face significant challenges in fierce market competition and a lack of knowledge in integrating creative marketing strategies with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to enhance the visibility and marketing effectiveness of MSMEs through the transfer of AI technology. The target partners—Rumah Makan Tanjung Jaya and Rumah Makan Pagaruyung —receive a series of activities, starting from the introduction of basic AI concepts, training on the use of AI tools, and culminating in continuous mentoring for implementation. The AI tools transferred include Runway ML, Copy.ai, Canva AI, and Synthesia. This program is designed to equip partners with the necessary skills to integrate AI in order to create creative marketing strategies with their own distinct characteristics. The result shows a successful transfer of knowledge, leading to a significant behavioral change in partners, transforming them from passive social media users to active, strategic content creators. This implementation of AI triggered increased time efficiency and content quality , proving AI to be a catalyst for creating unique differentiation and enhancing business visibility in the digital market.
