Abstrak

The digitalization of village administration is a strategic step in supporting effective, transparent, and accountable village governance. However, the implementation of digitalization at the village level still faces various challenges, particularly the limited information technology competencies of village officials and the lack of technical assistance. This community service activity aims to assist village officials in the process of administrative digitalization through training on the use of information technology without developing a dedicated information system. The implementation method employs a participatory and educational approach, including needs analysis, activity planning, training implementation, and mentoring. The training focuses on the use of office applications, digital archive management, and cloud-based storage services to support village administration. The results show that the training and mentoring activities improve the understanding and skills of village officials in managing administration digitally, thereby making administrative processes more organized and efficient. This activity is expected to serve as an initial step in supporting the digital transformation of village administration and encouraging improvements in the quality of public services at the village level.
